It is a challenge to make some healthy meals and not just grab any ingredients and voila there is lunch or dinner but now we have to think what is low in calories but healthy and fulfilling. So, little by little we have been trying some new recipes while enjoying the items we like.
Well today my kids suggested for me to make something more simple like snack wrap for dinner but instead I thought of making my favorite quesadilla recipe with some salad on the side.
This recipe only has 3 ingredients and is very easy to make the best part is the sky is the limit, you can add as many ingredients as you like so another win win recipe jejeje..
