What a simple, quick and 3 ingredient dip this recipe is. We love making this dip for the holidays, get together and even perfect for game day. At first when I tried this recipe I was shocked on hearing the ingredients this dip contains simply because how well they mesh together and how simple it is.
This dip taste so good specially with Ritz crackers. If you want to try the recipe or simply you only need a smaller dip just use half of this recipe. Sometimes when I have family visiting and they request the dip I normally make half of the recipe. You can use 1/2 Spam, 1/2 pack of cream cheese and a few tablespoons of Pineapple Preserve and follow recipe instructions and you are set.
If you prefer to make ahead of time leave the dip as shown above and dont add the Pineapple Preserve until ready to serve. Once you are ready to serve or if making the dip the day of the event add the additional Pineapple Preserve cover and place in the fridge..
