Here is how I went from eating 380 calories for Breakfast to 186 Calories (with less sugar, carbs and Calories)…

Making healthy eating decisions has motivated me to try new recipes and change a few ingredients on the meals I all ready enjoy.  Since the time I quit drinking coffee, Oatmeal and other warm dishes has taken the place for my long time addiction jejeje.. Today I wanted to try adding Hazelnut Creamer but not adding any artificial sugar instead banana and blueberry were replacing any artificial items..

 

Before I start with the recipe I want to share a few items I used in my original recipe before I started counting calories.  As you will see my original breakfast was a bit high in sugar, carbs and calories here are the ingredients I once used; 2% milk, 2 1/2 tbsp of granulated sugar and half a banana was making my breakfast about 380 Calories nutrition facts based on My Fitness Pal.  But by changing some items it has cut the calories in take by half…
